Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling Standard Product Orders

• You can request cancellation for in‑stock, non‑custom products before your order is packed or shipped.
• Most orders enter processing within a few hours of placement; we recommend raising a request as soon as possible.
• If the order has already been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled; you may instead raise a return request after delivery (where applicable).

2. Custom & Personalized Products

Custom pieces are made specifically for you and often include names, photos, or bespoke design work.

• Once a design has been approved or production has started, cancellations are not possible.
• If you need to make changes, contact us immediately; we will try our best to adjust the design if work has not progressed too far.
• In rare cases where we approve a cancellation for a custom order, design or material costs may be deducted from the refund.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

1. Go to Track Order or My Orders and check the latest status.
2. If the status is still "Placed" or "Processing", contact our support team via WhatsApp, email, or the contact form with your order ID.
3. Our team will confirm whether cancellation is possible and share the next steps.

4. Refund Timelines

• If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days by your bank or payment provider.
• For COD orders, refunds (where applicable) are issued via bank transfer.

5. Orders Cancelled by Xorrent

In exceptional situations we may need to cancel an order from our side, for example:

• Payment or verification issues.
• Inventory or quality problems with a specific batch.
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping details that cannot be resolved.

In such cases, you will receive a notification and a full refund to your original payment method.
