1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Xorrent website, mobile application, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Xorrent Crafts Pvt. Ltd., registered under the laws of India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or make purchases. By using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account using email and password, email OTP, phone OTP, or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid phone number. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Products and Pricing

• All products are handcrafted or 3D printed. Minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are inherent to handmade products and are not considered defects.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly from photographs.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
• Product availability is subject to stock. We may cancel orders for out-of-stock items with a full refund.

5. Custom Orders

• Custom and personalised orders are produced as per your specifications and approved design drafts.
• Once a design draft is approved and production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Custom products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from the approved design.
• Estimated production times are indicative and may vary based on complexity and demand.
• You warrant that any design, image, or logo provided for customisation does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Orders and Payment

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payments are processed through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, EMI, BNPL, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the delivery carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-customised products in original condition. Custom and personalised products are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please refer to our Return Policy for complete details.

9. Loyalty Programme

Loyalty points are earned on qualifying purchases and activities. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify the programme, adjust point values, or expire unused points with reasonable notice. Points expire 12 months after earning if unused.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including designs, logos, product images, text, and graphics is owned by Xorrent Crafts Pvt. Ltd. and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Xorrent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably.
