1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
- The product is not a custom, personalised, or made-to-order item
- The product tag, labels, and accessories are intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom and personalised products (name plates, engraved items, custom 3D prints)
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Gift cards and digital products
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery
- Products with broken seals or missing original packaging
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, broken, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders
- Select the order and click "Return / Exchange"
- Upload photographs of the product and select your reason
- Choose your preferred resolution: Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
- Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled at your address
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
- COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Store credit refunds are processed instantly and never expire
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or store credit. Exchange orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after we receive the original item.
7. Return Shipping
For returns due to defects, damage, or our error, we cover all return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, a flat return shipping fee of Rs 49 will be deducted from the refund amount. Return pickup is available at most pin codes across India.
