Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping (India)

Delivery Timelines

Metro cities include Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata. Delivery to remote areas and northeast India may take 2-3 additional days.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs 499
• Flat Rs 49 shipping fee for prepaid orders below Rs 499
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders have an additional handling fee of Rs 40
• Express delivery is available at an additional charge of Rs 99-149 depending on the destination
• Bulk orders (5+ items) qualify for free shipping regardless of order value

3. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday-Saturday) are typically dispatched the same day for in-stock items. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. Custom and made-to-order products require additional production time as specified on the product page.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You can also track your order from the "My Orders" section of your account or by using the Track Order page with your order number. Our logistics partners include Shiprocket, Delhivery, and BlueDart.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for orders up to Rs 5,000
• COD availability depends on your pin code (check on the product page)
• A COD handling fee of Rs 40 is applicable
• Please keep the exact change ready at the time of delivery
• COD is not available for international orders

6. International Shipping

We ship to over 30 countries via our Etsy store and direct website. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

• Standard international delivery: 10-20 business days
• Express international delivery: 5-10 business days
• Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer
• International orders are shipped via India Post, DHL, or FedEx
• International orders are prepaid only (no COD)

7. Packaging

All products are carefully packed with bubble wrap, tissue paper, and corrugated boxes to ensure safe delivery. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible, including recycled cardboard and biodegradable fillers. Fragile items are double-boxed for extra protection.

8. Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 48 hours:

• Package arrived damaged or open
• Wrong product received
• Missing items from the order
• Delivery not received despite tracking showing "Delivered"
